How did you find out about your Traineeship?

Through Seek.com

What have you learnt? What do you know now that you didn’t know before completing your Traineeship?

I’ve learnt the art of participation in a team and also, that there are so many people out there to help and support you.

Do you have any highlights/favourite things about doing your Traineeship?

When my Trainer/Consultant would come out to visit me for marking assessments and having reviews.

What have you achieved for yourself or the host employer during your Traineeship?

For myself, I’ve achieved a clearer idea of what I could go on to do next in my future and having a stronger mindset.

How do you think your Traineeship has benefited your career?

It has allowed me to reach my goals more efficiently and helped me get my foot in the door.

How do you think your Traineeship has benefited you personally?

It helped me see what else is out there for young people like myself, a different way of studying & working. It helped me connect with other people in the same situation.

Is there anything you didn’t like or that you believe should be improved with the Traineeship process.

Not anything I can think of, I’m satisfied.

What do you think of having a host employer and working full time as part of the qualification process?

It can be challenging and requires some discipline, but it’s a great program.

Is there anyone you would like to thank? Please explain why.

Anna & Danielle, who I know aren’t with ARC anymore but would like to mention them anyway. Thank you Anna for seeing something in me and making those first steps achievable and Danielle for making visits enjoyable by having a nice chat and giving relatable advice. I would also like to thank Mercina and Stacey for sticking with me until the end of my Traineeship and always continuing to offer further help and support. And lastly, I would like to thank the rest of ARC Group.
