ARC makes career development easy by offering a recruitment and training model that meets the needs of both the business and the trainee (ARCie).

We deliver school leavers to companies of all shapes and sizes, placing them in full-time roles for 12 months while they complete their qualification. We employ them and host them out to you. Our traineeship are for motivated recent school leavers who want to obtain a formal qualification while gaining valuable practical experience in a corporate environment.

Our ARCie program is an outsourced recruitment model, tried and tested by ARC over the years and it has proven its worth time and time again.

Job analysis (benchmark ideal worker for each role)

Source & screen school leavers

ARC face-to-face interviews with candidates & screen for job relevant criteria

Verbal reference checking

ARC selects shortlist

Candidate shortlist presented to you

You conduct host interview/s

You select the right candidate for your role

ARC makes job offer

Once an ARCie has commenced in the position, ARC will handle all their payroll obligations and statutory costs such as annual leave, personal leave, workers compensation and superannuation.

On boarding and employment support:

Prior to commencement date: ARCie Induction

1st day at work: You conduct your site induction with the ARCie.

ARC conducts end of first week review with yourself and the ARCie.

End of 1st month: Review progress & discuss goals, behaviour & performance.

Each month there are progress reviews with yourself and the ARCie.*

6

At the 11-month mark, ARC and yourself discuss outcomes for the ARCie upon completion of their traineeship.

7

12 month completion: ARC presents certificate & congratulates ARCie/s.

* There may be months with no review such as months 4, 8 and 10.
**There is no obligation for our clients to offer permanent roles to the ARCie on completion, no further fees applicable at the end of the traineeship if you do.
